 About Dave
Utah has been my home for most of my life. I love all of
the great recreational activities that Utah has to offer. My
favorite summer activities are hiking, boating, and playing
tennis. In the winter I love to Snowboard.
I grew up in the Fort Union Area and graduated from
Hillcrest High School. Shortly thereafter I moved to Brazil
for 2 years where I learned to speak fluent Portuguese. I
married Brittney Saxey in October 2005. In March 2008 our
daughter Ella was born. In May 2010 our son Eagan was born.
We reside in the East Sandy Area.
I have been a Full Time Real Estate Consultant since April
2005. I love working in Real Estate and thoroughly enjoy
establishing lasting relationships with my clients. Unlike
the stereotypical Realtor who spends more than 80%
prospecting new business, I am striving to build a practice
where 100% of my business is created on a referral basis.
That way, I can dedicate all of my time and energy in
assisting you, your family, and your friends in achieving
your Real Estate Goals. Just “making a sale” is not what it
